We believe in the perfection of the human body and the birthing experience. We also believe that there is no inherent wrong or right way to give birth, only the way that feels right to that individual woman. By listening to her heart and intuition, she can hear the guidance of her body, mind and spirit. This will allow her to follow her heart and not her culture when making birth choices. By using techniques such as meditation, mindfulness, yoga and education of normal, healthy birth, women walk away empowered to learn the ways to achieve the birth of her desires. We believe in ALL women and their choices about birth. We believe that any woman who chooses to give birth naturally, has the ability within her to do that. We also believe that any woman who chooses not to give birth naturally, should also be supported in that. Our curriculum is geared towards those who are making the choice to give birth without pain medications but it does not mean that we feel like someone is "wrong" for making that choice. We hope all women will be empowered and educated in their choices and make them from their heart and out of love - not fear. We do not use fear tactics to educate or scare women into natural childbirth. We come from a place of love and learn ways of letting go of fear and the illusion that it creates. During the course, women and her birth partner's will learn ways to process fear and consciously choose another thought. Learning these fear-releasing techniques can be incredibly powerful and helpful for women in pregnancy and birth, as she can use these throughout the rest of her life.

We are also not attached to outcomes for the beautiful mama's giving birth using our techniques. We know that it takes dedication, determination and conscious choices to give birth naturally today. However, we never condemn someone's choice or for changing their minds in the process. Yes, we believe in you and yes we think you can do it. Our job is to convince you that you can do it as well. Our course works on just that - helping you to believe in yourself enough to give birth in the way that is right in your heart! We also recognize that sometimes in our lives we create situations and experiences of outcomes we didn't want so that we can have the contrast in understanding what it is we do want.

What we don't do: use scare tactics, use fear-based information, tell you that our way is the only way, undermine your choices in birth, tell you that you probably can't do it naturally or judge anyone who changes their minds about natural birth.

What we will do: empower you to make choices that feel right to you, discuss heatlhcare options openly and objectively, give you tools for giving birth naturally and peacefully, believe in you 100%, discuss the lifestyle changes that are necessary for healthy birth and guide your birth partner's through the process of helping women in labor and birth.
